Launch of BDRN COVID-19 survey

It is now almost a year since restrictions came into place in the UK to manage the COVID-19 pandemic. This has been a difficult time for everyone and in particular for many individuals with mood disorders and their families.

Over the next few weeks we will be asking BDRN participants if they would be willing to complete a brief 15 minute survey (paper or online) about their experiences over the past year.  This will help us understand more about the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on individuals with mood disorders.

The survey asks about the impacts of the restrictions, access to treatment and sources of support, and effects on coping strategies.

We would be very grateful if as many BDRN participants as possible would be willing to complete the survey as we hope the findings will help to inform the development of future services and support.

If you have any questions about our research, please do not hesitate to get in touch. As always we would be delighted to hear from you: moodresearch@worc.ac.uk
