Members of the BDRN team had an enjoyable evening holding a display at Science Night at the Hive library in Worcester. The popular annual event for families and adults featured hands-on interactive displays and free science talks. We were delighted with the numbers of children who joined in with our activities drawing pictures of what they thought might be in their head while adults completed two quizzes testing their knowledge of mental illness facts and figures and the portrayal of mental illness in films. It was a pleasure to speak to so many people who were interested in learning more about mental illness and the work of BDRN. We also enjoyed talking to all the children about their fabulous artwork!
